Terms & Conditions – Ferelli London
Article 1 – Definitions
These Terms apply to all distance contracts between Ferelli London and consumers. Definitions include: Consumer, Withdrawal Period, Distance Contract, Durable Medium, Right of Withdrawal, and Ongoing Transaction.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and contracts made by Ferelli London. In case of conflict, the most consumer-friendly provision applies. If any clause is invalid, the remaining clauses remain effective.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.
Product descriptions, images, and information are indicative.
Ferelli London is not liable for obvious errors or misprints.
Customs charges, import VAT, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is formed when the customer accepts the offer and completes payment.
Ferelli London will confirm orders electronically.
If an item is unavailable, Ferelli London may offer a similar product or refund.
Incorrect address details remain the customer’s responsibility.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw without giving a reason.
Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
The customer must notify Ferelli London before returning.
Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt of the return.
If a parcel is refused or not collected, no refund will be issued.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Withdrawal Rights
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Custom-made products
• Personal or hygiene products once opened
• Perishable goods
• Sealed audio/video/software once opened
• Services already started with consent
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices are subject to change and may contain typographical errors.
Import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees may apply.
Ferelli London is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or external taxes.
Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty
Products must match the description and be fit for normal use.
Warranty matches the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty is void if the product is modified, misused, or repaired by third parties.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are processed within 30 days unless stated otherwise.
If delivery is delayed or impossible, the consumer may cancel and receive a refund.
Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Subscriptions & Ongoing Contracts
Consumers may cancel recurring or long-term contracts with a maximum 1-month notice.
Fixed-term contracts will not renew automatically unless stated.
Trial subscriptions end automatically.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be made within 7 working days unless agreed otherwise.
Customers must report payment errors immediately.
Failure to pay may result in additional costs.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovery.
Ferelli London will respond within 14 days.
If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or legal resolution.
Article 15 – Governing Law
All agreements are governed by UK law.
Article 16 – Additional Provisions
Any additional terms must not disadvantage the consumer and must be provided on a durable medium.
