Shipping Information
If you have ordered from Ferelli London, delivery times may differ from what you are used to. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, allowing us to save significantly on storage and transport costs. This enables us to offer highly competitive prices.
After placing your order, we require 1–3 working days to process it. On weekdays this usually takes one working day, but if the order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take slightly longer.
The average delivery time is 3–7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers are valid when clearly stated on the product page: add 2 items to your basket and the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow this instruction. We cannot manually check every order for errors. If the customer fails to do this, responsibility lies with them, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Shipping Costs
We cover the full shipping costs for all our orders.
Your order will therefore be delivered completely FREE of charge.
Delivered Orders
www.ferelli-london.com is not responsible for stolen or lost parcels that have been confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
Upon request, we will confirm the delivery and provide the delivery date and tracking information so that the customer can investigate the issue independently.
Order Cancellation
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must do so within 2 hours of placing the order.
After 2 hours, cancellation is no longer possible, as all orders are processed within this time frame and may already be in transit.
Once you receive your order, you can always return it easily.
Returns & Administrative Fees
If you decide to return a product, please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, you may choose an alternative option: receiving a partial refund and keeping the product.
Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in its original condition (unless the partial refund option without returning the product has been selected).
