Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return the product within 60 days of receiving it.

Steps to Return a Product:

1. Contact us by email at info@ferelli-london.com and provide your order number along with the reason for the return.

2. You will receive a return address and a return form from us. Please make sure to send the parcel using a track & trace service.

3. Important: We require the return tracking number. Without a tracking number, we cannot verify the status of the shipment and cannot guarantee proper processing of your return.

4. Carefully package the product and send it back to the address provided. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

5. Within 60 days of receiving the returned item, we will process your refund to the provided bank account.

• This returns policy applies only to products returned in their original condition and original packaging.

• If the product or its packaging is damaged, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.

• All returns must be sent to our warehouse in the Netherlands, where our main quality control and returns processing team is located. This allows us to handle returns more quickly and accurately.

• If a product is damaged beyond normal wear and use, we may dispose of it on your behalf.
