Delivery
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

The average delivery time is 7–14 working days.
Because we ship directly from our suppliers, delivery may take slightly longer than traditional retail shipments.
My tracking number shows no information. Why?
Tracking details become available once your parcel reaches the courier. Please allow a few days for updates to appear.
Can my order be delivered to my workplace?
Yes. Simply enter your full name and workplace address at checkout. Please ensure all details are correct.
My delivery is late. What should I do?
In 99% of cases, orders arrive within the estimated timeframe.

Some items are missing from my order. Why?
